Items must be returned within ten (10) business days of the purchase date.

Items must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

Initiating a Refund

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within Three (3) business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at (Email: customercare@workandshopapp.co, Phone: +234 808 946 5200 or WhatsApp: +234 808 946 5200) and send your item to: (Seller/sender address as shown on the package).
