Respect other users (Client/Customer, Vendor, Company/Business, and Skilled Workers) on the platform.

Allow App to access user location, this for user to enjoy the full and efficient App services or Not-Allow.

Clients/Customer, Skilled Workers, Company/Businesses and Vendors must provide valid personal identification, professional, company and business certification if applicable, for verification.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

This App allows Vendors to upload products and services they sale in their shop, Company/Business to upload products and services they provide, Skilled Workers to upload crafts, products and services they sale or provide.

This App allows all Users to search for artisans and professional workers (Skilled Workers), companies and businesses, vendors and shops to book their services (Music Production and marketing, Web Design, Tech, Furniture Work, Plumbing and Painting) and buy their products (eg; construction equipment, tools and shopping of general product).

Users can communicate and transact with verified businesses.

We verify and bring on-board the best artisans, professionals, vendors, companies and businesses on this App to serve your need to your expectations but we do not guarantee 100% of the quality or availability of services provided by third-party artisans, professionals, vendors, companies and businesses.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

In App payment of order and services keeps your fund safe and require both worker or seller and customer approval before settlement of worker or seller.

We are not responsible for disputes between Users and Service Providers arising from payment outside the App or any other dispute as the case may be.

To register as a Customer/Client: no fee is required, no identity or document verification is required.

To register as a Skilled Worker: an identity, education and skill certificate (if any) verification fee of three thousand naira (₦3000) will be paid upon registration, pending the approval which depends on the authenticity of documents submitted. Skilled Worker account will be approved if document is confirmed or will not be approved if document couldn’t be verified and confirmed. A minimum of two (2) working days is required for document verification and confirmation. You are eligible to create and own a shop.

To register as a Company/Business: with no fee, register a vendor account and create a shop or register as a skilled worker to have an identity and CAC certificate (if any) verification fee of three thousand naira (₦3000) paid, pending the approval which depends on the authenticity of documents submitted. Business/Company account will be approved if document is confirmed or will not be approved if document couldn’t be verified and confirmed. A minimum of two (2) working days is required for document verification and confirmation.

To register as a Vendor: a no fee registration to own a shop in WorkAndShop mobile app.

To create a Shop:An approved Skilled Worker, Company/Business and Vendor are eligible to create a shop. A fee of five thousand naira (₦5000) is paid for business documents and identity verification to own a shop and be approved to make sales to your target customers or clients on WorkAndShop mobile app.

Sales on shop are charged ‘per order, per shop/seller’ as follows:

5% of sales from ₦0.00 - ₦199,999

3% of sales from ₦200,000 - ₦499,999

2% of sales from ₦500,000 - ₦999,999

1% of sales from ₦1,000,000 and above

Services are charged ‘per service booked, per Skilled Worker’ as follows:

5% of services ₦0.00 - ₦499,999

3% of services ₦500,000 - ₦999,999

2% of services ₦1,000,000 and above

Each Registrant on WorkandShopApp have a unique referral code.

When you refer a paid user (e.g; Skilled Worker, Company/Business and Vendor) a 10% of the user registration and/or shop fee will be credited to your (Referrer) App Account Wallet.

Wallet holds your funds/money in App that allow a user to seamlessly shop and pay services you book on WorkAndShop mobile app.

Wallet will be funded in-line with the Nigerian daily fund transfer limit for business as provided by Central Bank of Nigeria.

Wallet is not a savings account!

WorkAndShop App disclaim any act or attempt of a user to run savings in App wallet.

You retain ownership of content, document, information, product and services you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use it for operational purposes only.

WorkAndShop mobile app does not share a user personal information, identity document, content, product and service to a third party unless otherwise requested by a government law enforcement agency with an applicable and authorizing court order.

You must not upload copyrighted or infringing materials without permission.

A seller must uphold under governing jurisdiction to deliver product in it required, original and well packaged item with seller information well written on the delivery note to a buyer otherwise will risk to face account suspension or termination.

A worker must uphold under governing jurisdiction to deliver best services and take pictures to show evidence of good work if requested to a client otherwise will risk face account suspension or termination.

Payment of delivery logistics of item, product and service material in due cases of item order or service booking will be paid by Customer/Client, this payment won’t exceed the usual delivery fees we use in our business system.

Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

Harass, threaten, or harm other users.

Upload viruses, malware, or harmful software.

Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.

Remove service, product and content deemed inappropriate or illegal.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the App.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction].

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or legal proceedings as applicable by law.

We collect the following types of information based on users consent:

Personal Data:: Name, email address, phone number, profile details, location data, and payment details.

Business Data: Business registration information provided by registered skilled workers (professional and non-professional), companies/business, vendors and shops.

Transaction Data: Purchase history and service requests.

Messaging Data: Messages exchanged within the app.

Device & Log Data : IP address, device location, and usage analytics.

We use your data to:

Provide, maintain, and improve our services.

Facilitate secure communication between client/customer, skilled workers, company/business, vendor and shop.

Process transactions and payments securely.

Verify personal and company/business identities to prevent fraudulent activities.

Offer customer support and respond to inquiries.

Send relevant updates, promotions, and notifications.

We may share your data with:

Verified Businesses & Skilled Workers: When you engage with their services.

Eligibility for Refunds

Items must be returned within ten (10) business days of the purchase date.

Items must be in the original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.

Initiating a Refund

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within Three (3) business days.
